A fantastic day on Saturday was had at the ‘Squash Festival’ hosted by Inverness Tennis & Squash Club where over 60 players from across the region came to play and receive coaching. There was a great vibe and everyone seemed to enjoy the day. This event was funded by Big Lottery money left over from the challenger event in 2014 to deliver coaching as this was what the funding was originally obtained for. A big thank you to everybody involved in the event before and during the day for what was a great success before the HISA AGM.

Dave Clem, HISA Chair had the following to say to Inverness Tennis & Squash Club,
“On behalf of HISA and all the people who turned up yesterday can I say a huge “Thank You” for your efforts. It was an incredible day which went faultlessly due to your planning and organisation. It was great to have so many people milling around with little kids mixing in with great big adults and everyone enjoying the event. A ‘Festival’ of squash described it perfectly”
