The Highlands & Islands Squash league is run by The Highlands & Islands Squash Association, allowing competitive squash throughout the region. It is the most northerly squash league in Scotland, three divisions, and has teams and players from over various Clubs.
Matches are mainly played on a Thursday evening and start at 6:45 PM.
